aFe POWER is seeking a Designer/Draftsman to support the design and development of new automotive performance products at our Corona, California facility. This role will support a variety of product lines, with a focus on components involving machined parts, weldments, and sheet metal assemblies.
The Designer/Draftsman will create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks, support prototype builds, and work closely with engineering, R&D, fabrication, manufacturing, and vendors to help move products from concept through production. This position requires a strong understanding of how parts are manufactured, assembled, and installed.
This is a hands-on product development role for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in both a CAD environment and a shop setting. The ideal candidate will be able to turn concepts, measurements, and design direction into accurate models, drawings, prototypes, and production-ready documentation.
Responsibilities include creating and updating SolidWorks models and drawings, designing machined components and sheet metal parts, supporting prototype fitment and revisions, communicating with internal teams and outside vendors, maintaining organized project files, and helping ensure designs are manufacturable, accurate, and ready for production.

Proficient in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
