Combat Off Road is a family-owned Jeep accessories manufacturer known for premium fit, finish, and lifetime-backed products. We are expanding our footprint across the Western United States, and we’re seeking a driven, disciplined Outside Sales Representative to build—not maintain—this territory.
The Mission
The Western USA is a high-growth expansion market. We are not handing you a book of business to babysit. We are looking for a "Hunter" to conduct significant prospecting, consistent outreach, and build a dealer base from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
This role is high-volume and communication-heavy.
80% Prospecting & Outreach: High-volume outbound calling to prospective and inactive Jeep/4x4 shops.
15% In-Person Strategy: Planned shop visits to close deals, support merchandising, and gather market intel.
5% Brand Presence: Attend key regional off-road events and shows.
Key Responsibilities
Aggressive Prospecting: Activate new accounts via phone, email, and social touchpoints.
CRM Discipline: We run a data-driven sales process. You must document calls, pipeline status, and shop notes daily. Proficiency in CRM usage is mandatory.
Education: Train shops on product features, warranty value, and MAP guidelines to protect the brand.
Reporting: Track KPIs and opportunities, providing weekly updates directly to the COO.
Technology & Equipment Requirements
This is a fully remote, "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) position. To ensure you can hit the ground running on day one, candidates must have immediate access to:
A reliable, modern laptop/computer.
High-speed, stable internet connection.
A dedicated phone line capable of daily high-volume calling.
Note: Hardware is not provided by the company; you must have a functional home-office setup ready to go.
Who We Are Looking For
A Builder: You are comfortable with a "build-the-territory" role, not an inherited maintenance role.
A Self-Starter: You have the discipline to work remotely without micromanagement.
Experience: B2B outside sales or automotive aftermarket experience is preferred.
CRM Expert: You understand that activity metrics drive results and you track them religiously.
