What You’ll Do:
As a B2B Account Manager, your primary focus will be managing and growing relationships with our valued business clients. Your responsibilities include:
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing and new B2B clients to maximize account growth.
Prospecting and onboarding new business clients in the automotive space.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
Developing tailored product solutions that align with client needs and goals.
Collaborating with the sales team to create and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
Monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Representing Pedal Commander at trade shows, expos, and other automotive industry events.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to improve the B2B experience.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for automotive culture: You love cars and know your way around the automotive industry.
B2B experience: A proven track record in account management or sales in the Automotive industry (3+ years preferred).
Strong relationship-building skills: You’re personable, communicative, and great at earning trust.
Problem-solver: You excel at troubleshooting issues and delivering creative, effective solutions for clients.
Strategic mindset: You can analyze client needs and craft strategies to meet both their goals and ours.
Bachelor's degree: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is essential.
