Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative 1 will support our sales department with processing Distributor and Ecommerce orders and daily follow up of any issues with shortages and tracking related to these orders. This position will also be responsible for managing the sales portion of returns.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process all Distributor and Ecommerce orders
- Manage orders and payments paid via Paypal
- Acknowledge Distributor purchase orders
- Follow up with order fulfillment requests from distributors
- Investigate and manage customer miss shipments, shortages, and damage request
- Manage returns regarding contacting the customer and return case resolution
- Other related duties as assigned
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Team Player with a strong desire to succeed and commitment to excellence
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Immense attention to detail and organization skills
- High proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of basic automotive suspension is a plus

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
4+ years’ experience in the automotive field is preferred coupled with working frontline with customers
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office Setting
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
Lifting to 30 lbs. on a limited basis
