Technical Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Service Representative (TCSR) to be the first point of contact for all customers queries. As an integral member of our Sales team, the TCSR will be responsible for providing exceptional product and technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues and finding effective solutions A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will be essential as you greet customers, assess their needs, and provide them with personalized support.
