Engine Customer Service Technician

If you are looking for a fast-paced work environment, enjoy helping others, and are a strong problem solver then you are a good fit for our Customer Service Department at BluePrint Engines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to) Communicate proactively with Customers, handling inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. Answer customer questions about quality, product specifications, and warranty coverage. Serve as a technical representative of BluePrint Engines. Provide proactive solutions according to our customer needs. Provide customer service in accordance with BPE policy.
