Inventory and Sales Order Coordinator
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory and Sales Order Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day inventory transactions, maintaining accurate stock records through cycle counts, and supporting sales order processing and follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Perform daily inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments. Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Reconcile variances and maintain accurate stock levels in the system. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to resolve inventory issues.
