BluePrint Engines, a rapidly growing leader in the high-performance engine industry, is looking for a Customer Service Technician to join our fast-paced, fun-loving, and tight-knit team in Kearney, NE.

What You'll Do

• Be the voice of BluePrint Engines—answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Help customers troubleshoot, solve problems, and understand our engine products
• Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and technical questions
• Represent the BluePrint brand as a technical expert, providing accurate info on specs, quality, and warranty coverage
• Work closely with our talented internal teams to ensure top-tier customer experiences
• Balance multiple calls and tasks with ease and a sense of humor

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills—patient, clear, and helpful
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable navigating different levels of customer understanding—from gearheads to newbies

Required Background

• Solid engine knowledge or automotive experience (required)
• Experience as a mechanic, service advisor/writer, or automotive technician
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role (phone or in-person)
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure

Work Environment & Hours

• Clean, friendly, and flexible office environment
• Family-oriented and team-first culture
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Compensation

• $55,000 - $70,000 (Based on experience)
