As a Shock Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in building shock sub-assembly parts and components daily. Your responsibilities will include following assembly procedures to ensure the correct installation of shock components, measuring and testing parts for accuracy, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the assembly process. Attention to detail and precision are key in this role to guarantee the quality and performance of the shock assemblies. You will work closely with a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the overall efficiency of the assembly line.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
