ORACLE Lighting is seeking a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our national sales efforts across wholesale and retail channels. This role will be pivotal in overseeing sales strategy, managing key accounts, expanding our customer base, and ensuring operational alignment. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive national sales growth across assigned territories, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and product mix targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and communicate needs to operations and installation teams.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ORACLE Lighting’s products, services, and competitive positioning.
Customer & Account Management:
Cultivate relationships with existing and new accounts by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Collect and manage deposits and final payments efficiently.
Represent ORACLE Lighting at customer locations, association meetings, and vendor visits nationwide.
Market & Competitive Insight:
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and new industry developments.
Identify new opportunities and initiate outreach to potential customers with compelling sales presentations.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales from lead to delivery.
Share insights and updates with team members and leadership to support continuous improvement in customer experience and sales operations.

Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in outside sales managing an assigned territory.
College degree preferred, with coursework in business, marketing, or engineering a plus.
Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket or similar industries.
Experience working in customer-facing roles with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Willingness to travel as needed to support top customers and attend industry events.
