Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Automotive Technician to join our growing team. As an Automotive Technician at DV8 Motorsports, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers with their aftermarket accessory needs by providing professional installation, maintenance, and repair services for a wide variety of vehicle models. Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality installations of aftermarket automotive accessories including suspension lifts, bumpers, wheels, tires, lighting, audio systems, and other custom parts.
  
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with vehicles, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the proper fitment and performance of aftermarket accessories.
  
  
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and technicians.
  
  
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  
  
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with all safety standards.
  
  
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, to specifications, and within the highest quality standards.
  
• Assist with the general maintenance of the shop and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket accessory industry.
  
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products, aftermarket accessories, and customization options.
  
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
  
• Self-motivated with a passion for customer service and delivering results.
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
