Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Artec Industries, you will play a vital role in driving revenue, building strong relationships with our customers, and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound sales inquiries, making cold calls to leads provided, managing a book of business and accounts, creating new accounts, providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, updating the CRM system, assisting outside sales with account mapping and validation, and updating accounts as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, offering exceptional customer service
Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers
Generating quotes and following up on sales inquiries
Making cold calls to leads provided and creating new accounts
Managing a book of business and accounts to drive sales
Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery of products
Proactively contacting customers to upsell and promote new products
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborating with outside sales to map and validate account stops, and updating accounts as needed
Assisting other departments in resolving customer issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in inside sales and customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in the automotive industry is needed
