Position: Customer Support & Retail Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Costa Mesa, California (remote applicants are accepted.)
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical questions related to our products.
Enter and process orders accurately into our system.
Convert prospective customers into a sale.
Utilize your automotive background to offer valuable insights and guidance to customers
Develop relationships with customers, forums, and Facebook groups
Collaborate as a member of our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to ensure accurate and efficient support

Requirements:
Automotive background, preferably with aftermarket interests or experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot automotive-related issues
High school diploma or GED required
Sales experience or interest in sales is advantageous
