Position: Customer Service Representative Reports to: Sales/ Brand Managers, General Manager Position Objective:Position will be subject to maintaining customer relations with Dealers, as well as handling Data Entry, Warranty Claims, and other assigned responsibilities. Group-A Engineering (est. 1995) specializes in the innovative design of performance parts for the Automotive, Motorcycle, and Powersports industry. We are looking for a candidate who can work in a progressive environment that is fast paced, performance/results driven, and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of engine components, and their operation, with a solid grasp of suspension systems and tuning for optimal performance.
