We have an immediate opening for an Amazon / Ebay / Ecommerce Specialist for our Gardena, California location. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player and experienced Amazon / Ebay / Ecommerce Specialists with knowledge of developing strategies and tactics to drive Amazon sales, Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Optimizing Listings.
Note: We are looking for a true Amazon expert ONLY. Applicants with direct experience of Vendor and Seller Central will be considered. Must have previous direct experience in this segment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Organizing and managing our Amazon accounts and making strategic plans to drive significant growth
Oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings including detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking
Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns to increase listing visibility and revenue through marketplace tools (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Promotions)
Manage Amazon advertising campaigns and budget. Includes creating promotions and getting the product into reviewer’s hands and sites
Assist our Amazon authorized selling partner’s with inquiries and aid in resolving listing issues, and responding to any negative reviews
Troubleshooting with Amazon platform
Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed, reach out to Customers
Analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth
Forecast and process FBA orders
Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries
Monitor offers and competing products from online retail competitors
Other tasks related to online marketplaces and broader eCommerce efforts as assigned
Knowledge of working with Amazon Influencers a plus
Manage most product information
Qualifications and Skills
Two+ years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent, preferably with networking products.
Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc), experience buying and selling (large scale) on each marketplace.
Experience successfully managing online marketplaces such as Amazon. Must be a self-starter and decision-maker that is fully committed and understand how to best the competition and increase sales.
Intermediate knowledge and understanding SEO, SEM, and E-Commerce optimization.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically, and to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
Experience with product listings, data feeds and web analytics is strongly preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
