JOB SUMMARY: This position helps generate revenue by obtaining orders, understanding customer’s needs, solving problems, providing technical information, and developing accounts. This position will work cooperatively with technical inside/outside salespeople and other members of the team to grow existing customers and create new customers while increasing customer satisfaction.
