XDP is currently seeking a Product Listing Specialist who will be responsible for assisting the Web Team in maintaining and expanding the product catalog on the XDP website. As a Technical Product Listing Specialist, knowledge of direct-replacement and upgraded automotive parts, their applications, uses, and where they install in the vehicle is required. The proper applicant will also have experience in retail shopping for auto parts to assist in proper product categorization and product relations to drive maximum sales volume and increase average order value. 
 
Job Responsibilities: 
- Create and maintain complete product listings in XDP product catalog 
- Understand applications and product type to ensure product is properly displayed and cataloged 
- Assist catalog categorization overview to ensure products are easily found by end-user 
- Understand product types, their installations, and assign proper related items 
- Maintain a customer-focused approach on ease of finding products on website  
- Understand customer shopping experience from start-to-finish approach to maximize conversion rates

Skills/Qualifications: 
- Experience in the automotive industry (diesel is a plus but not required) 
- Ability to create unique content using SEO best practices 
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills  
- Ability to follow a project to completion 
- Ability to think independently and adapt solutions to project challenges 
- Flexible learner (Adapts quickly to new tasks, procedures and goals) 
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, a must as there will be significant collaboration
