Candidate will be responsible for growth and maintenance of the assigned Off-Road dealers, race teams, racers and racing accounts that focus on popular off-road racing platforms (Jeeps, Mid-Size and Full-Size Trucks, Rock Crawlers, Ultra 4, VW Buggies, Desert Prerunners, Race trucks, etc.). Candidate is responsible for reviewing sales statistics and providing feedback from teams and racers to deliver a consultative sales experience. In addition, you will be expected to provide knowledgeable technical support and training to help keep our racers and teams safe and competitive. Candidate should be self-motivated and demonstrates, self-discipline, great communication and able to communicate clearly with resellers and management.

Strong technical aptitude of safety products (seats, belts, helmets, head and neck restraints, fire suits, etc.) and off-road suspensions is a plus
Develops a deep understanding of Holley’s safety and performance product lines
Manages a reseller group to maintain sales and profit goals within a region.
Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
Responsible for contacting and securing new race teams, drivers and sanctioning body teams away from competitive brands
Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
Recommends products or service enhancements to improve reseller satisfaction and sales potential.
Reviews records and reports to project sales and determine growth potential.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts and grow overall percentage of product support.
Must have a minimum of 3 years sales experience.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with automotive terminology and a firm understanding of the off-road racing market is a plus
Must be willing to travel & work weekends when required
