Services existing web customers, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Answers phone calls efficiently and effectively in order to meet customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
Assigned all “Web” accounts.
Drive increase orders, track and report sales and bookings pace
Prospect for new Web customers
Form high quality relationships with their Salespeople, Buyers and Category Managers to drive growth, forecasts, and pre-sell efforts
Push current data and confirm their on-line sales platforms are up to date and representing our brands appropriately.
Hold Web accounts to MAP polices while working with CX1 MAP Lead
Work with customers Marketing team & ST Marketing to drive messaging to the market
Work with CX1 team to support Web accounts orders, returns and general day to day needs
Work with Outside team for customer support needs like open houses and training efforts
Work with Marketing to establish and maintain list of selected social media platforms to drive Digital Sales efforts.
Work with Retail Sales Team to assign, action and track Digital Sales efforts daily
Work with Marketing to bridge an ambassador program with our Sales efforts
Examples of other responsibilities:
Support ST Wholesale team as needed
Support a wholesale display program
Available to support retail and wholesale events if needed

Intermediate to advanced MS Office expertise (emphasis on Excel).

Education:
HS diploma or equivalent
Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales, customer service Web marketing, graphic design, advertising and/or strategy preferred
Oracle experience is a plus
Understanding of suspension is a plus
