A 15 year old company, based out of Lincoln, NE, MyRacePass has grown to a team of near 20. 85% of the oval tracks in the country have been touched by MyRacePass - over 700 promoters rely on MyRacePass throughout their season and over 1MM race fans either follow along on the MyRacePass app or desktop, using the very powerful MyRacePass Network of real-time results, entry lists, driver profiles, points standings, live timing and scoring, and so much more.
MyRacePass has been developing the software to help make the life of a Drag Racing Promoter easier and more efficient. The by-product of this will be further fan engagement throughout the drag racing community.
MyRacePass is looking for a solid teammate with industry knowledge of drag racing to help lead the company into the drag racing community.
Client Success Manager Job Responsibilities:
Generates revenue by developing lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending any potential products and services that would benefit the client, while keeping an ongoing relationship with current and potential clients. Train Promoters on MyRacePass services and Day to Day client relations, handle the process of a new client onboarding while working with Developers and Designers throughout the process.
Client Success Manager Daily Job Duties:
Help guide and lead the company into Drag Racing.
Gain knowledge of company, products and services. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Training of the MRP system to clients.
Handling the process of creating a new website - managing the text content/graphic content and distributing accurate information to Designers and Developers.
Initiates sales process by making initial contact, scheduling appointments, identifying needs of the account, closing the sale while building rapport and overcoming objections.
Answer sales/technical calls, give information to callers and transfer to appropriate individuals as needed. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
Establish work procedures, schedules, keep track of the daily work and arrange conferences/meetings with potential/current clients.
Maintain current scheduling and event calendars.
Contribute, compose, type and distribute meeting notes and ideas to management or team. Maintain and implement team building discussions and ideas.
Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed and recommend revisions as needed.
Utilize the current project management system on a daily basis.
