Category Business Planning and Execution
Develop stocking recommendations based on market data to drive regional sales growth
Identify coverage gaps based on sales, POS demand, and market intelligence
Analysis of price elasticity and pricing opportunities
Assist in identifying new products for New to Range plans
Assist in researching unknown competitive interchanges
Customer Support
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Prioritize customer inquiries based on level(s) of urgency
Escalate & communicate issues as needed
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or demonstrated experience in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to gain actionable insights from diverse data and information.
Able to quickly learn and use analytical tools – pricing models, promotion analysis, assortment models, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite
Excel - Ability to use pivot tables and various functions such as v-lookups
PowerPoint - Ability to summarize multiple data points into a visual summary
