Technician is responsible for installation of aftermarket accessories including Suspension Kits,
Spoilers, Diffusers, Mount & Balance Wheels/Tires, Grilles, , Bumper Replacements, Fiberglass
Products, Disassembly and Reassembly of interior/exterior panels etc...

Essential Duties
· Installation of Aftermarket Accessories
· Troubleshoot Issues & Diagnostics
· Ability to Learn from Senior Technicians
· Ability to Train Lesser Skill Associates
· Learn Quickly and Carry out Assignments Accurately with Minimal Supervision
· Good Decision-making Skills
· Must have Proper Tools for the Job Requirements
· Must have a Dependable Source of Transportation
· Must Work well as a Team Member with others
· Follow Instructions, Safety practices and Standard Operating Procedures
· Must Perform Task in the Allotted times
· Maintain good Housekeeping on a Daily Basis
· Be Consistently Punctual and Attend Work Daily on Time
· Positive Attitude and ability to Learn
· Must Possess a Valid Driver’s License

Education
· High School Diploma or GED; Certifications in an Automotive Field preferred but not required.

Experience
· 3 Years in a related field
· Automotive Experience Required

Physical Duties
· Lifting up to 50 lbs. on a Regular Basis
· Extensive standing or walking on concrete
