Job Summary
The ERP Administrator for Legendary Companies will serve primarily as an in-house P21 expert. This role will work with all departments on outstanding P21 issues and manage system configuration to be most proficient for the organization. The candidate will lead all Prophet 21 projects including new business implementation, updated version testing, execution and system configuration changes.
Essential Functions
- Ability to run continuous improvement projects related to the P21 operating system. Develop a complete project outline, manage resources and vendors to push project to completion and ensure projects goals are achieved and sustained.
- Manage a Prophet 21 system conversion process for all Legendary Companies acquisitions and existing companies.
- Work with each department to develop Prophet 21 subject matter experts and detailed standard operating procedures.
- Utilize Prophet 21 tools as needed for business improvements (Business Rules, Dynachanges, Portals, SQL Scripts/Queries, etc.)
- Work as a liaison between Coker management and all Managed Service Providers/Epicor.
- Workstation installation/set-up and the on-boarding process (as it is related to IT) for all new associates.
- Work with Coker Tire’s approved network of vendors to replace aging or non-operational on-site hardware including computers, printers, desk phones, etc.
- Serve as point of contact for Coker Tire’s IT vendors and work with each vendor on service and pricing issues.
- Ensure availability to provide off-hours support where needed.

- The ERP Administrator position will be based in Chattanooga, TN, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations of Legendary Companies
- There will be business travel associated with this position.
