AccuTune Off-Road is the premier retailer of suspension in the off-road industry by delivering suspension that works as good as it looks. We make trucks, SUV’s and off-road vehicles ride better by retuning each shock in house using a unique set of equations. We are looking for a Sales Director to help us continue growing at a rapid pace and to capitalize on market opportunities. The perfect candidate has experience in this position, is familiar with the off-road industry, and is a hands-on person ready to take AccuTune Off-Road to the next level.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead day to day operations of the sales department in order to achieve short term goals.
Lead brick and mortar retail sales and installation center to improve internal process, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Manage employees, set defined roles, motivate staff to hit goals, provide mentoring and performance reviews.
Answer emails and phone calls, create Estimates & Sales Orders. Handle customer service issues.
Attend shows and off-road events (estimate 5 per year).
Coordinate with senior managers to set sales goals, develop business strategies, and evaluate trends. Plan and successfully complete tasks to achieve long-term goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Continuously improve employee training and customer service to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve goals.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Experience in the off-road industry, knowledge of industry leaders and market trends.
Off-road enthusiast with hands on experience installing and using the products we sell. Has a solid understanding of suspension fundamentals and a willingness and ability to learn the details.
Experience managing a retail/installation store.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience required.
Minimum five years' experience leading a sales team for Director, three years minimum experience for Manager.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and results to staff members at every level of the organization.
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales.
Exceptional time management to be productive in a fast pace environment.
Experienced with common ERP systems, creating reports and evaluating data to guide decision making.
What AccuTune Offers:
Bonus: $10k target, depends on performance

Hours: 7:00-5:00 (expect 9-10 hours a day)
