The job will consist of managing a group of phone sales and tech staff (approx. 15-20 people) on all product lines for the Edelbrock Group.
Phone room / call center management experience
Strong customer service skills
Good computer skills – managing phone reports, sales reports, Microsoft excel, phone software (ShoreTel and Ring Central)
Product knowledge is a plus but not a requirement
Can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
This position requires an individual with the following skills/attributes
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in management
Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional communication and reporting skills
Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
