Design and create (using 3D solid modeling) and produce manufacture ready 2D mechanical drawings of a wide range of automotive and motorcycle aftermarket performance components and assemblies in a highly collaborative team environment.
Parts include but are not limited to engine blocks, cylinder heads, camshafts, intake manifolds, throttle bodies, crankshafts, connecting rods, timing chain gears, transmissions, superchargers, turbochargers, exhausts, etc.
3 or more years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of GD&T and ASMEY14.5 drawing standards
Working knowledge of general ISO and ASME standards
Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a self-directed environment.
Innovative thinking and dynamic problem solving skills
Working knowledge of manufacturing process requirements and has ability to design for manufacturing.
Curious, intelligent, creative, humble, and good communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Design/Engineering or related field.
Automobile and Motorcycle performance enthusiast.
