We are seeking enthusiasts who want to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position is great for those who would like to get a start in the industry, but don't have the niche technical knowledge of our Modification Experts.

Job Description: Responsible for processing orders, resolving customer service inquires, while maintaining the highest degree of service support to clients.
Available full time, 40 hours per week from our La Habra, CA location
Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
Proficient with computers to access information and process orders
Ability to articulate and write with proper grammar
Ability to listen and follow direction
Proven experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role, preferred
Organization skills, follow up and follow through, and ability to handle multiple tasks
Comfortable on the phone with great telephone skills
Great communicator, oral and written
Team player and works well with others (employees and customers alike) -- a real problem-solver
Deadline-driven and multi-task oriented
Computer literate (Word, Excel, CRM)
Additional Salary Information: Pay: Starts at $15 - $16 per hour depending on experience and knowledge.
