TheCustomer Service Representative will provide superior service and a positive experience to our customers.
1 – Assist customers with product selection, ordering and shipping requirements
2 – Provide product pricing and availability to customers
3 – Acknowledge and process orders, verify accuracy of pricing, payment and freight terms, shipping and billing locations- enter order acknowledgement to a customer portal and update order status via email communication
4 – Communicate special programs to customers
5 – Follow up on product backorders
6 – Track shipments
7 – Review and Process product returns
9 – Field all incoming sales and customer service phone calls
Qualifications & Requirements:
This position requires an individual with the following skills/attributes:
High School Diploma / GED required.
1+ year of Customer Service experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Positive, customer-minded individual with a passion for serving.
Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
