Looking for experienced Product Manager to oversee our Maradyne High Performance Fans and Maradyne Mobile Products brands. This is an entrepreneurial role and an excellent opportunity to join a growing and financially stable company. The right candidate can work out of our Cleveland, Ohio or Fort Worth, Texas locations.

REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
EFFECTIVE DATE: 4/1/2021
This position is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for sales of our products in order to achieve increased market share, provide excellent customer service, and maintain profit objectives. Position is responsible for managing sales and customer service, implementing marketing strategies and recommending and participating in new product development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops strategies and tactics and manages resources to achieve growth.
Gathers and provides market intelligence.
Works, maintains, and reports on the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and bookings results.
Develops and explains the company’s current and future sales strategies.
Provides marketing skills and expertise to the Company.
Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, supports the marketing plan objectives, and are an effective expenditure of resources.
Develops and maintains strong relations with customers through consistent contact.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotes for new opportunities.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling prices with respect to market trends, seasonality and competitor actions.
Owns metrics and ensures activity and performance goals are consistently and adequately achieved.
Ensures that customer service is delivered in an outstanding manner
Provides technical support on product selection and application.
Fosters and operates in a continuous improvement environment.
Responsible for planning and attending industry trade shows
Other duties as assigned.
Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to build and manage internal and external collaborative relationships.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of previous Sales management experience required.
Previous experience and success with distributor sales and implementing marketing strategies
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, prioritize and execute work activities.
Must be effective at resolving problems and handling stressful situations in a professional manner.
Strong negotiating and deal-closing skills.
Results-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
