Aldan American is a leading manufacturer of performance coilovers, shocks and suspension components - located in Carson, California. We are currently interviewing for two, full time sales-technical support roles.
Responsibilities Candidates must be on-time, professional and focused on providing excellent customer service through phone, email and chat conversations.
Must provide the highest level of support to our customers (Answering customer questions, providing technical support, providing product information & more)
Getting customer’s the info they need in a timely and professional manner
Answering phones and emails throughout the day
Providing support via our web-site chat app.
Familiarity and daily use of our ERP software
Entering sales orders along with return and exchange orders
Working with internal departments to get accurate answers and solutions to customers fast
Contributing to and operating within a positive team environment
Expert at problem solving
Requirements High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written skills
Expert in drafting and sending emails
Expert with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
