Under the direction of the Sales Manager the Sales Representative aides our customers through their automotive parts and accessories purchasing experience. The Sales Representative is essential in directing consumers to the correct automotive replacement part or aftermarket parts for their vehicle. Love cars and trucks and want to be part of the team?
This is a fully remote position.
Take incoming calls from customers concerning and other high value accessories who are interested in placing orders.
Listen to the customer to develop an understanding of their distinct circumstances and needs. Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on sales leads (quotes) and close sales in a timely manner.
Take inbound calls from any/all queues as needed and directed by leadership
Displays professional, courteous demeanor when handling customer calls. Provides prompt, efficient service to all customer inquiries
Efficiently take orders and send quotes.
Answer questions/educate customers, providing purchasing suggestions when necessary
Directing customers to the manufacturer when more info is needed.
After training you must be able to perform to company standards
Firsthand knowledge of aftermarket automotive accessories and parts.
Firsthand knowledge of OEM replacement parts ( Starters, Brake Rotors etc. )
2 or more years of sales experience and/or customer service in the industry
Positive can-do attitude, self-motivating and goal-oriented
A quiet, distraction-free working environment and reliable high-speed internet connection
Basic understanding of e-commerce
Experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
2 Monitor setup is best. Headset wired or wireless, Updated Computer or Laptop
High school diploma or equivalent required
Available Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm Central Time
Knowledge of Imports Honda S2000 - InfinitiG37 etc. are a plus
Knowledge of the internal parts of an engine are a plus
This is not a seasonal position
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Starting pay is $15.00 an hour.
