The primary responsibility of the Key Account Manager (KAM) is the execution of strategy in the development and management of business with key Wheel Accounts as identified by the Director of Wheel Sales. The KAM will be responsible for volume maintenance & identifying growth opportunities with strategic wheel dealers and the execution of ATD’s growth strategy specific to each individual account. The KAM will be responsible for coordinating onsite product and application training and participation in region and national dealer events.
Manage business volume & relationships with strategic accounts as identified by the Director of Wheel Sales
Develop new business opportunities by working collaborative with key ATD partners
Execute strategies and tactical actions to increase revenue & gross profit with strategic accounts
Coordinate program, product and application training to key customers and their sales personnel
Employ business development tools as provided by the company
Keep accurate and timely records of sales activity through CRM
Gather business intelligence and share with key stake holders
Participate in key dealer events to enhance Dealer and ATD branding market visibility
Maintain relevant knowledge of Wheel and Accessory Products

Experience(s) that Best Prepares You:
Education: Minimum High School Graduate or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
Experience: 3-5 year’s prior work/sales experience in outside sales with wheel business is required

Contact Management – proficiency in use of the tool and the ability to monitor sales call as recorded by the sales personnel in the Region.
Ability to create business solutions to customer needs that directly impact the customer’s bottom line.
