Titus Express Car Wash
The main objective of the Titus Express Car Wash Site Manager is to ensure that the site is operating at the highest standards of efficiency, performance and safety. The Site Manager position requires significant management skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Ensure location is operating in accordance with Titus Express Car Wash policy and procedure
Ensure exceptional quality product and customer service
Manage all personnel both directly and indirectly
Ensure all employees are productive and efficient
Delegate and complete tasks as assigned by upper management
Understand and control factors such as labor and revenue, memberships and expenses
Provide insight on new, innovative, and efficient ways of improving overall operations
Hire, train, schedule and terminate all employees ensuring proactive communications are in place to cover all shifts
Ensure all areas of location are clean at all times
Ensure proper operation of all equipment, including preventative, scheduled, and repair maintenance
Approve any basic site expenses as needed and submit to General Manager
Preparation and approval of payroll with submission done by the General Manager
Prepare annual budgets for revenues and expenses for the location.
Completion of cash deposits
Maintain proper inventory of chemical and supplies within budget and ensuring no shortages
Resolve all customer issues, claims or questions in a professional and timely manner
Achievement of monthly and annual budgets for revenues and expenses, including sales targets for memberships.
Ensures all employees are fully and continuously trained in operating policies and safety practices.
Provides formal and informal performance evaluations to employees as prescribed by Company practices

Available to work additional hours and on days off as needed, on call always
Ensure daily completion of checklists and logs
Daily balance of any cash, reports, and inventory
Self-starter that requires minimal supervision.
Can learn and become proficient in company technology including back office, POS systems and wash equipment.
Ensures and holds employees accountable to high standards of employee conduct Including friendly customer service, reliability, promptness, courtesy, appearance, and professional behavior
Can naturally be fully committed to and live out the Titus culture every day – the chief culture carrier at the site.
Ensures the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Accepts responsibility for total performance of the site.
Enforcement of company policies (truck bed, muddy vehicles, etc.)
Car Wash Management experience

Additional Salary Information: Looking for the right fit for our family owned business...Salary will be based upon experience but we will pay at or above market.
