Air Flow Research is currently looking for 2 experienced Customer Service and Tech support people.
If you’re into cars and high performance engine builds, specifically Domestic V8s, we may have a job for you. American V8 knowledge is a must!
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a “get er' done” attitude. Your primary responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, data entry, show and event attendance, answering emails and other office tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Be an automotive enthusiast with technical experience.
An ASE certificate or vocational certificate or 2 year degree in an automotive field (preferred).
Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Some travel required (approx. 6 weekends per year) to attend automotive events.
Physical Requirements Individuals may need to sit or stand for an extended period of time, may require walking primarily on a level surface for periodically throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to include lifting of files, computer printouts, and merchandise on occasion throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques are required. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
