Restoration Parts Unlimited (“RPUI”), is a Dubin Clark & NorthStar Capital investment platform company in the Automotive Aftermarket (Classic Car Restoration, Performance and Modification) segment which owns five restoration brands supplying parts and accessories to wholesale dealers and consumers.
The Company consists of four independent operating companies/businesses who operate in factories located in/near the following locations:
Parts Unlimited Inc. La Grange, KY (near Louisville, KY)
Flatline Barrier La Grange, KY (near Louisville, KY)
Trim Parts Lebanon, OH (northeast of Cincinnati)
SoffSeal Lebanon, OH (northeast of Cincinnati)
The Right Stuff Detailing Westerville, OH (northeast of Columbus, OH)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:
The Systems Administrator will be an addition to a small dedicated IT Team that supports our multiple facilities within Ohio and Kentucky. This position will be based out of Lebanon and will require some travel to Westerville, Ohio and La Grange, Kentucky on as needs basis. The Systems Administrator will be a self-starter taking responsibility for basic network and systems maintenance, installation and support of. The Systems Administrator must posse an IT as a service demeanor and be able to communicate effectively. This position is a tremendous growth potential position.
Troubleshoot issues and outages in a prompt manner to minimize down time
Office 365 deployment, management and security
Monitor and field Helpdesk Tickets through a Helpdesk Application be the first point of contact
Maintain Windows Active Directory, Domain Controllers and Group Policy
Troubleshoot and issue resolution with Windows server and desktop operating systems
Onboard/Offboard staff access and assets
Setup hardware locally
Order hardware as needed for end users
Use of RMM tools (Kaseya)to monitor and remotely support users
Firewall support of FortiNet and VPN support level 2
Work with the IT Director to drive improvements in IT regarding infrastructure, security and other areas
Other duties / directions will be assigned regarding the IT environment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree and ability to demonstrate required skills required for role
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, IT Support or similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Problem solving and strategic planning
Understanding and adherence to high standards of ethics and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
General knowledge of administrator on ERP Applications such as SAGE, Infor XA and or Aucumatic
Understanding and familiarity with SolarWinds or Kaseya remote support tools and methods
Microsoft Server Applications such as SQL Server and SSRS, and Office 365 applications such as Sharepoint, IIS, Teams etc..
TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, LAN/WAN, support and monitoring
Experience with 3rd party software installation and support
Working knowledge and remediation of Antivirus and Anti-Malware software
Ability to proactively monitor and maintain production environments with a focus on IT environmental health
The Systems Administrator is subject to:
Manipulating hands and wrists, and sustain eyestrain for prolonged periods of time as this person is subject to many hours of utilizing computers
Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, squat, and lift or move up to 15 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:
The Systems Administrator works in a lighted, temperature-controlled office and manufacturing environment. The position is subject to repetitive motions of the fingers, hands, wrists and arms.
