To perform and excel at the position being offered, your skill sets need to include superb command of the english language (both written and oral), familiarity with automotive parts, parts research, vehicle make, model familiarity, order processing functions and customer service functions. If you happen to have extensive experience in brakes and suspension, so much the better.
Primary to this role is absolute accuracy and part fitment verification before the order moves to purchasing. That means that you will be reviewing orders as a whole and making sure that the parts that the customer has ordered actually fit the vehicle they have indicated that they own. Also vital to the role is validating stock levels, online communications and follow-ups with customers, team members and vendors.
Candidates will need to be ready to work from a home or remote office equipped with a quality broadband connection, PC or MAC, Headphones and dual monitors.
