Job Description/Key Responsibilities
The Strategic Accounts Executive will be responsible for providing business leadership and management of ETE REMAN's strategic accounts. You will build and maintain relationships, develop new opportunities, oversee process improvements, and regularly deliver data insights to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Define relationship strategy for each account
Earn customer acceptance for process implementation
Host customer visits, travel to customer locations and attend industry events
Engage with all business groups to ensure customer success
Develop business line reviews or other forms of reference that highlight activity and opportunity
Deliver effective presentations tailored to the audience and objective
Build and execute brand guidelines for each channel
Maintain consistency in marketing, customer service, and identity for each customer

A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
The candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Strategic Accounts Executive or similar role with an organization of equivalent or larger size
Demonstrated problem solving, negotiation and decisions making skills
Ability to build relationships with senior leadership and top customers
High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
Prior customer/channel support experience
Experience in (re)manufacturing, specifically automotive, is a plus
Ability to operate in a trusted advisor/consultative approach establishing credibility quickly with senior-level executives across organizations
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Work with stakeholders to formulate and execute a strategy to exceed revenue or volume objectives while appropriately diversifying sales channels
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office 365
Experience with complex deal negotiations, and a successful track record
Experience with popular data analytics tools and methods
Demonstrated knowledge on forecasting, supply chain, and accounting principles
History of successful sales with large-scale customers or enterprises
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, business owners, and sales managers
Experience or knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Traction EOS
