TJM Off-Road Products is excited to offer a new role to an experienced Admin/Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with a sharp eye for detail. Being a team player is important due to inter-action with consumers and direct staff. This position has been created to assist with the rapid growth of our US distribution center. You will report directly to the Sales Manager. If you are a confident and highly motivated individual looking to work in the off-road industry, this job is for you!
Accounts payable / supplier invoice entry
Daily bank reconciliations
Prospect new customers and contacts
Plan and execute daily outbound calls
Establish and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships
Overcome customer objections to close sales
Social media & industry forum liaison
Proven experience as a bookkeeper/data entry clerk
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Accounting Software
Familiar with Dynamics 365 a plus
Basic understanding of databases
Good English both oral and written
Great attention to detail
