RANDYS is looking for looking for an extraordinary, self-motivated and passionate sales director to focus on sales growth within existing national accounts team as well as new customer acquisition in the automotive industry. What you will do:
Develop a broad and deep knowledge of all RANDYS products and be aware of existing competitor products and industry advancements.
Develop and implement large account specific plans for new and existing business that achieves account profitability and sales targets.
Create and own a pipeline of opportunities through closure, including building an action plan and laying out goals, strategies, tactics and timelines. Use CRM to manage pipeline, documenting call activity, sales plans, competitive data, next steps, and action items.
Educate customer staff on product features and benefits to increase program awareness and drive incremental sales.
Ensure national account strategy and team aligns with the corporate RANDYS Sales and Marketing Strategy.
