JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer
BASED: Eibach, Inc. 264 Mariah Circle Corona, CA 92879
JOB STATUS: Full Time and Non-Exempt
POSITION REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing (directly) and CEO (Indirectly)
SCHEDULE: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Typically Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needs arise.
JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY: This role will develop and produce highly visible marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional material from conception to final delivery. This role will support all departments as it relates to creative design and development and work within the Sales and Marketing department to concept creative campaign strategies and execution. Understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, visual storytelling and color theory is required.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; or a combination of
3+ years of related experience within an agency or an in-house environment and Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, at a minimum
Must be able to provide Portfolio that shows strategic and conceptual campaign thinking applied across a range of formats.
Print and digital post-production experience.
Expert knowledge of design specs and media requirements for web and social applications.
Experience working with UX and UI web developers.
Strong sense of visual style: strong layout, typography and graphics standards.
Adobe Creative Suite, and design tools including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Motion graphics / animation and video editing experience a plus.
Must be able to provide portfolio of work which demonstrates an aptitude for illustrative design and typography/layout skills.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to complete all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing and support utilizing agile methodologies
Able to express ideas or analysis with clarity
Versatile, flexible, and willing to work with changing priorities
Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills.
Assist in evaluating and specifying new technologies and solutions for current and future products
Knowledge of Adobe CC web & design of applications
Candidate must also be comfortable with creative problem-solving, working on deadline and collaboration with a team.

Keep management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of visual assets
Must have the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video/photo format.
Ability to build both internal and external business customer/vendor relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Simultaneously manages the design of multiple marketing material projects and interprets creative briefs to identify messaging priorities. Delivers press-ready files in accordance to vendor specifications.
Assists in the management of creative process from start to finish including the design of initial concepts, presentations, revisions and final production. Develops an understanding of the brand style guide and can express the brand language while still adhering to the overall brand look and feel.
Creates wireframes, prototypes, layouts and mood boards as needed.
Assists with photo shoot prep associated with individual projects including creative concepts and manages post production processing of product imagery.
Prepares electronic design files for output by appropriate vendor resources; effectively maintains file archives to ensure ease of retrieval for future use. Initiates service requests and technical support as needed.
Participates in group creative reviews and provides constructive feedback pertaining to fellow designers’ work.
Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed.
Typically sits or stands for extended periods at a desk and in front of a computer.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift (up to 20 lbs.) for short periods of time.
Repetitive movements –Mouse or Stylus and hand movement on keyboard, phone call handling
