Canepa is seeking a full-time (45 hours a week minimum) administrative professional to join our Business Office team with the responsibility of closing out service/repair jobs (Job Closer). The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in an administrative position and will be willing to learn our processes and procedures.
The Job Closer generates cost-to-dates and repair orders for vehicles that are serviced in our auto shop. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm with an hour lunch, and additional overtime as required.
Most of the work makes heavy use of Microsoft Excel so it is imperative that candidates have a strong working knowledge of its functions. Experience with QuickBooks is a major plus because the Job Closer makes daily use to generate cost reports and verify data between physical invoices and spreadsheets. Candidates must be computer literate and very familiar with Windows operating systems, navigating shared drives, understand the core Office applications, and require zero training of basic computer use.
Other administrative tasks include telephone duty, filing, print/copy/scan, weekly reports, and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Extreme attention to detail

Familiar with copy machines and printer/scanner
