The primary focus of this position will be to focus on process improvement and change to elevate this organization’s ability to provide superior parts service to dealers and end consumers while developing and growing a profitable segment of this organization’s business.
Skills & Knowledge:
Experience with managing a parts business
Ability to communicate with customers, dealers, internal staff, direct reports and management
Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team environment
Passion for boating a plus
