Home Air Filter (HAF) Brand Manager is responsible for K&N Engineering’s Home Air Filter (HVAC) product line sold through multiple channels and customers with a goal to build this business to $50mm in annual sales.
HAF Brand Manager is responsible for developing and managing the annual and long-term product strategy across Online, Retail and DIFM channels.
HAF Brand Manager is responsible for market research and analysis, providing insight into social media, marketing and HVAC Industry and competitor trends, as well as new branding opportunities.
HAF Brand Manager will own the Product Channel Strategy but work with sales teams as needed to ensure we have plans in place to support the Home Air Filter product line across all sales channels.
HAF Brand Manager will work with the R&D team to ensure the product roadmap is up to date to meet our growth objectives, and develop the product features, benefits and claims.
HAF Brand Manager will lead creative development & execution of campaigns to various target audiences to increase awareness and purchase intent; creating digital and packaging/POP/merchandising messaging and communications.
HAF Brand Manager will work with internal teams to create plans for product launches and integration at events; online and experiential activation plans for major events, and activation plans for influencers.
HAF Brand Manager will lead department projects as requested by the CMO.
HAF Brand Manager are responsible for setting Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs) and creating weekly and monthly reports on Home Air Filter marketing tactics, consumer sentiment and sales and growth objectives.
Drive increased communication and collaboration between Marketing, Sales & R&D for continued growth and innovation.
5-10 years of Brand Management Experience on Consumer Brands / Enthusiasts Brands
Undergrad degree required / MBA preferred
