Our program will rotate you through our multiple sales channels. Each rotation will give you exposure to unique assignments and challenges, in order to build a breadth of experience and prepare you for leadership positions across our business. Retail Store Operations (Business-to-Consumer, B2C)
Account Prospect Identification and Sell-In, Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis
Pricing & Promotions
Retail Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales Events
New Store/Market Development
Marketing Communications & New Product Introduction
Creative Development, Social Media & Digital Marketing
Product Planning and Development & Product Development Process
After you complete your rotations, you will be placed into a position that is aligned with your performance and leadership capability. Geographic mobility and relocation are expected for our development program participants and will be highly encouraged post-program in order to accelerate professional development and career opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
Graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0, preferred
Prior internship experience preferred
Leadership experience from work, classroom, clubs, and/or organizations
Ongoing geographic mobility required; you must be willing to travel and relocate between sites for career opportunities and professional development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint
