Vehicle Manufacturer Sales & Service Account Director (Independent Contractor)
The Vehicle Manufacturer Sales & Service Account Director is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing relationships with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers in the collision repair industry to grow our business and successfully implement the OEM certification processes.
Duties and responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Vehicle Manufacturer Sales & Service Account Director is to serve as the liaison between our company and the OEM accounts; this includes existing clients and potential clients.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop recommendations and implementation plans for executing key strategic priorities as they relate to the OEM Accounts programs.
Serve as the liaison between our company and OEM accounts.
Garner and develop new OEM programs related to collision repair
Participate in senior management business development activities and idea generation
Develop responses to OEM requests for quotes (RFQ) and proposal (RFPs)
Create PowerPoint presentations, proposals and other professional communications for customers, insurers, shops and OEMs
Support marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences and other industry events, as needed
Collaborate with other departments to support existing OEM certification programs
Create professional communications, status reports and other reports using Microsoft Office Products)
Attend weekly Leadership meetings/calls
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Minimum of Eight (8) years' experience required in Automotive OEM Sales Management
Minimum of Three (3) years' experience in the collision repair industry preferred
Bachelor's Degree required
Expert in Microsoft Office programs
Executive presence, public speaking experience
Organized and self-motivated
Availability for travel as required
