Our client, a high-volume Powersports dealer in the Midwest, is seeking a skilled and hard-charging Service Manager. The successful candidate will revamp the Service department and move it ahead to capitalize on its considerable upside potential. This is a high-income opportunity (generous base and incentive) with a high-volume dealer in growth mode and a big Service business opportunity. The dealer is seeking top caliber talent.
Duties & Requirements
Grow Service volume
Develop and implement strong processes and best practices across the Service function - advanced people management, coaching, process and best practice expertise required.
Direct, assist and motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Create an environment which provides the ultimate customer experience to reach the highest levels of CSI ratings. Maintain the highest Customer Service Index (CSI).
Polaris/BRP product and Lightspeed EVO experience helpful.
