You will be part of a positive, supportive, quick-paced marketing team that includes a video producer/ social media specialist, a full time in-house graphic designer, technical advisor, and CMO.
You will meet media and industry leaders, building on relationships to support our editorial media partners. You will work closely with our super-professional sales team to plan and manage tradeshows, create marketing materials like product flyers, PPT decks, help with video content and simple ad materials.
You will provide the information that our team will use to make large spending decisions. You will learn about and be able to share metrics on the results of our marketing programs like digital ads, webinars, email blasts, ad words, and print ads. You’ll gather metrics on media options so we can compare media products and make informed buying decisions.

Communicate our brand…..
Be part of a marketing team that communicates about our award-winning products through all channels and media
Plan and support tradeshows in US and internationally
Oversee messaging to ensure brand consistency and authenticity
Act as the primary onsite contact at company/ industry events and make real time decisions; recap after event
Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate campaigns across all digital platforms
Maintain existing marketing library of standard company boilerplate proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials
Draft press releases and other short written materials with the support of our technical team
Collaborate with our professional sales team on promotion and lead generation programs including creating PPT decks
Ideate new and better ways of doing it….
Present new ideas to members of the team, take risks and try new strategies
Ideate guerilla / experiential marketing proposals to engage and delight customers
Develop media relationships and support our media partners with editorial content
Figure out what’s working…
Monitor marketing plans through all phases and be able to assess effectiveness with data
Assess the effectiveness of paid advertising, earned media and other initiatives
These are the MUST-HAVE experiences and skills:
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Additional languages at any level are also a huge plus
The ability to work on site at our offices in Orange, CA
Ability to collaborate in a team setting and take direction from colleagues
Degree in Marketing, Comm, Business, or similar educational experience
Great organizational skills
2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, digital, or other relevant work
Ability to understand and communicate marketing metrics
Some experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs
It would be excellent if you also have:
Shopify, Dropbox, MailChimp, Google Ads, GoToWebinar skills
Have worked in the automotive, vehicle, or similar heavy duty industry
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite CS5
Experience with basic HTML
Knowledge of SEM
Ability to use Windows Microsoft Office
Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects/ deadlines
Data-driven approach to decision-making
Enjoy learning new marketing skills, evolving trends, best practices, consumer attitudes and opinions
