Our Company requires an Office Administrator to support our Fullerton, Orange Country office with its day to day running. We are a global company with offices in New Zealand, London, Brazil and Berlin and provide data relating to the automotive industry.
The successful candidate will be someone who is highly organised, has the ability to multi task and is a good communicator. You will be required to perform office duties such as:
Day to day general office tasks
Assisting with administration duties relating to our Wheel Testing services.
Ensuring clients are well looked after
Ordering stationary supplies
Updating and maintaining CRM system
Assisting Accounts and Sales Departments
Excellent written and verbal communication and intermediate level Excel, Word and Outlook skills is a must. Training will be given as required on all aspects of the position.
This is a part time position of 10 hours per week, with flexibility of hours between Monday through to Friday.
