Fox Factory is seeking an experienced and qualified candidate for an immediate full-time job opening for the position of Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This position reports directly to the PVG Sr Director of Finance/ Division Controller
In this highly visible, critical role on the FP&A team, the candidate will lead core financial processes (i.e., Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly Reporting & Analysis), develop, interpret and analyze complex financial and accounting concepts and techniques for financial planning and control, and assist leadership in evaluating and implementing business strategy.

Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
Coordinates with all levels of management for the end-to-end development of annual operating plans including process flow, time line, review meeting coordination, document creation and control, and financial consolidation
Oversees the quarterly forecast processes with an emphasis on developing high quality forecasts with a thorough understanding of potential risks and opportunities
Tracks and analyzes performance against the financial plan, forecast and prior year
Works to identify root cause for shortfalls vs. plan and prior year as required. Identifies, recommends and implements corrective action plans as required
Leads data collection and consolidation required to understand sales and margin analysis, structural cost analysis, customer and product profitability, pricing, market dynamics and working capital optimization
Develops a standard reporting package to communicate results to management and the leadership team, summarizes key conclusions and recommends opportunities for improvement where appropriate
Develops the tools to support analyzing the results and performance of the sales channels, vertical markets, product lines or categories and geographical regions
Track platform actions, budgets and various initiatives to ensure accuracy of financial forecasts and budget reviews
Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts
Research and prepare economic reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent required.
7-10 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Operational Finance, Corporate Finance or Management Consulting.
Experience in manufacturing industry, prior product costing or cost accounting experience preferred
Experience with MRP/ ERP software such as Oracle and Hyperion
Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
