Summary We are a high-end truck accessory and wheel manufacturer seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager with truck industry sales experience to help grow with us and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to our customers and channel partners. We’re looking for someone who is an enthusiast, who has style and can transfer those attributes into their work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the warehouse team to ensure each order is picked, packed and shipped quickly and perfectly.
Works collaboratively with the entire RBP team to ensure Best in Class Customer Satisfaction, no matter what. Your #1 goal in every and all activities will be to provide Best in Class Customer Satisfaction Level Customer Service.
Ensure that the warehouse inventory levels are accurate, clean and well packaged. Makes recommendations to the team on areas for improvement
Creates processes and procedures for the entire operations team including dispatching, picking, packing, preparing for shipment, tracing tracking numbers, scheduling of delivery drivers, custom finish orders with third party suppliers, overseeing the CNC operations, etc.
Manages the delivery process of all incoming PO’s. This includes PO’s delivered from all suppliers and factories to ensure that each delivery is complete and what was specifically ordered
Manages the outbound freight process. This includes but is not limited to: managing the warehouse team and quoting, routing, packing and shipping for Truck Freight, and all shipments including express.
Manage the equipment and vehicles for the RBP brand. This includes keeping track of logs, service interval levels, drivers, deliveries, arranging maintenance of vehicles and equipment, keeping any work areas and vehicles clean and in perfect operating condition.
Manages the will call process for RBP customers and consumers. This includes scheduling of all will call pickups, ensuring the will call area is a place of surprise and delight for customers and consumers, that all will call orders are ready when the customer is scheduled to show up, etc.
Manage the return process for all RBP returns. This includes managing the inspection process for all returns, gaining credits from suppliers for all warranty claims, working with the sales team on any discrepancies or issuing credits, etc.
Works collaboratively with the entire RBP team on all process improvement. Recommends any process or system improvement areas and works with the team to ensure all are successfully executed
Answers incoming calls with a smile and a willingness to provide the BEST service possible.
Manages the order entry, dispatch, picking, packing, shipping, invoicing process to provide Best in Class customer experience on every order. If any facet of this process is lacking, then you make recommendations for improvement and manage the teams to ensure it is completed
Responds promptly to customer inquiries, always providing the Best in Class Customer Experience, no matter the customer
Work with the PM team to source vehicles for fitment, installation videos, engineering needs, etc.
Other sales support as needed, with a willingness to go the extra mile for every customer.
Follow up on customer interactions (call tags, shipping labels, WFI and back orders).
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualification and Requirement
Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the truck/automotive industry is a MUST
A sense of humor and true team, “Failure is not an option” attitude
An extreme interest in learning and growing is a must
A truck or car enthusiast – you must have a passion for this industry
